Fayetteville waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Childersburg Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Wednesday.

Kenleigh McArthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up 14 kills. McArthur got some help from Isabella Kelley and her 14 assists. Alaina Griffin controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Fayetteville's victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Childersburg, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Fayetteville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Comer on the 27th. As for Childersburg, they will head out on the road to face off against Cleburne County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
