Basketball Recap: Bayshore Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bayshore lost against Braden River back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bruins came up short against the Pirates, falling 84-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (58), the Bruins still had to take the loss.

Braden River was led to victory by Noah Butler and Anthony Bailey. Butler went 6-for-8 to rack up 14 points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Bailey shot 80% from the field on his way to 19 points. Bailey is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Anquan Polynice was another key player, putting up 13 points and five assists.

Bayshore's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Braden River, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Bayshore didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 72-10 win against IMG Academy on the 5th. As for Braden River, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 85-50 victory against Palmetto on the 5th.
