Volleyball Recap: Port Edwards Gets the Win

Port Edwards won the last time they faced Faith Christian Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blackhawks came out on top against the Saints by a score of 2-0.

Elise Irwin paced Port Edwards' offense, picking up three kills. Irwin got some help from Taylin McDonald and her seven assists. McDonald was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Port Edwards' win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Faith Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Port Edwards didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Greenwood on the 4th. As for Faith Christian Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bowler on the 6th.
