Volleyball Recap: Forest Lake Christian Takes a Loss

Forest Lake Christian and Faith Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Forest Lake Christian had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.

Despite the loss, Forest Lake Christian still got an impressive performance from Bree Wilson, who had 17 digs and one assist. Wilson has been hot, having posted 16 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Hannah Hessong was nothing short of spectacular for Faith Christian: she had seven aces and four digs. That's the most aces Hessong has posted since back in October of 2024.

Forest Lake Christian's loss dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Faith Christian, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 23-2.

Forest Lake Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Faith Christian, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Big Valley Christian at 9:00 a.m.
