Volleyball Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jackson can now relate to. They came up short against the Allatoona Buccaneers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8, 25-8.

Allatoona found their leader in sophomore Ashlyn Jones, who had six aces and three digs. Another player making a difference was Lk Lamonica, who had seven digs and three aces.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Allatoona, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 25 of their last 28 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-10 record this season.

Jackson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Allatoona, they are taking a road trip to square off against Perry at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
