Falcon is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Mitchell: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Falcon blew Mitchell out of the water with a 60-18 final score. With the Falcons ahead 35-11 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Falcon's win on Wednesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alexis Hunter, who posted seven points along with six rebounds and four steals. Hunter has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Cierra Barbary, who scored six points and six steals.
Meanwhile, Sierra didn't have quite enough to beat The Classical Academy on Wednesday and fell 48-46. The defeat continues a trend for the Stallions in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost nine in a row.
Falcon will need focus on slowing down Ziyon Nicholson, one of several Sierra players who made an impact when they last played. She went 6 of 11 en route to 15 points and five boards. Deja Burns was another key player, putting up six points in addition to six rebounds and three blocks.
Falcon pushed their record up to 9-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.2 points. As for Sierra, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Falcon has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 34.3 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Sierra struggles in that department as they've been averaging 32.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
