Soccer Game Preview: Piedmont Classical vs. Leadership Academy

The Piedmont Classical Bobcats will head out to face off against the Leadership Academy Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Piedmont Classical has given up an average of 6.9 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Piedmont Classical came up short against Bethany Community on Thursday, falling 8-2. The defeat continues a trend for Piedmont Classical in their meetings with Bethany Community: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Leadership Academy hasn't lost a match since August 28th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They never let Cornerstone Charter get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. Leadership Academy haven't had any issues with Cornerstone Charter recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Leadership Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-4-4. As for Piedmont Classical, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.

Piedmont Classical suffered a grim 9-0 defeat to Leadership Academy in their previous meeting on October 2nd. Can the Bobcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
