Baseball Recap: Deckerville Takes a Loss

Deckerville lost to Reese on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 6-5.

Brandon Salowitz was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Deckerville's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Reese, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Deckerville will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Capac at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Reese, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Vassar at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Rockets' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
