The Riverdale Ridge Ravens will take on the Broomfield Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Riverdale Ridge's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 68-0 victory over Adams City. The Ravens' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Broomfield's strategy against Grand Junction Central on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Eagles blew the Warriors out of the water with a 56-20 final score. With the Eagles ahead 35-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Riverdale Ridge better keep an eye on Kashus Clarvoe. He was instrumental in Broomfield's win, rushing for 265 yards and three scores on only 12 carries. Clarvoe's longest rush was for an incredible 82 yards. Another player making a difference was Brody Reidle, who picked up 89 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Riverdale Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Broomfield, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Riverdale Ridge came up short against Broomfield in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 22-13.
