Volleyball Game Preview: Northwest Guilford Vikings vs. West Forsyth Titans + How To Watch

The Northwest Guilford Vikings will head out on the road to square off against the West Forsyth Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Northwest Guilford comes in on three and West Forsyth on six.

Northwest Guilford took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Reagan, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Vikings had just enough and edged out the Raiders 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Vikings have posted since September 26, 2024.

Northwest Guilford was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (100-93), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 13-25, 15-25, 15-7.

Northwest Guilford's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Cali Straub, who had ten digs and four assists, and Olivia Peralta, who had six digs. That's the most digs Peralta has posted over her last six contests.

Northwest Guilford was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in five consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, West Forsyth made easy work of Ardrey Kell on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Northwest Guilford's record is now 10-7. As for West Forsyth, their record now sits at 15-3.
