Volleyball Recap: Burley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Burley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Twin Falls Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

While Burley ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 25-17, 25-19.

IVIE BOHRN had a dynamite game For Twin Falls., getting 12 digs and one block. What's more, BOHRN racked up 38 assists, the most she's had over her last eight matchups. The team also got some help courtesy of VALERIE BLACK, who had 19 digs and one assist.

Burley's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Twin Falls, they pushed their record up to 12-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
