Basketball Game Preview: Ogden Tigers vs. Provo Bulldogs

The Ogden Tigers will take on the Provo Bulldogs in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Ogden has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Provo will arrive with six straight victories.

Last Friday, Ogden didn't have quite enough to beat Tooele and fell 45-43.

While Provo didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They breezed by Las Vegas to the tune of 61-16 on Saturday. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 25 points or more this season.

Provo's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Ogden, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
