Volleyball Recap: Bushland Has No Trouble Against Dimmitt

Bushland not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 19th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dimmitt Bobcats. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bushland took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-6, 25-7.

Bushland's victory bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Dimmitt, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Bushland and Dalhart will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dimmitt, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Friona at 12:30 p.m. on October 4.
