Dru Johnson put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Wednesday. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Johnson and Miller County are taking a road trip to face off against Randolph-Clay at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates are a perfect 10-0 against the Red Devils going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
