Flag Football Recap: Lucy Ross Leads Campolindo's Defense on Wednesday

Campolindo lost against College Park back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cougars fell 12-7 to the Falcons. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even if they lost, Campolindo's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Lucy Ross was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two herself.

The critical scores for College Park came from Miller Dimick and Jaice Vickroy.

Campolindo now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for College Park, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-5.

Campolindo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 40-6 defeat against Acalanes on the 20th. As for College Park, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-6 loss against Dublin on the 16th.
