Volleyball Game Preview: Alchesay Falcons vs. Round Valley Elks

Alchesay is 0-10 against Round Valley since October of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Falcons will take on the Elks at 6:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Alchesay came up short against Show Low and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 23-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Round Valley entered their tilt with St. Johns on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Redskins.

Alchesay better keep an eye on Kylar Penrod. She was instrumental in Round Valley's win, getting 19 assists and ten digs. Penrod has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Round Valley's record now sits at 22-8. As for Alchesay, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-18.

Alchesay couldn't quite get it done against Round Valley when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
