Recap: Bodine vs. Girard College Cavaliers
On Friday, Bodine got the win against Girard College by a conclusive 43-22. With Bodine ahead 27-4 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Despite the loss, Girard College saw an underclassman step up: Autumn Crosby scored 20 points. Crosby scored a full 90.9% of Girard College's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The victory got Bodine back to even at 1-1. As for Girard College, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
Bodine will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grace Brethren Christian at 4:00 p.m. on December 15th. As for Girard College, they will stay at home for another game and welcome New Foundations at 5:30 p.m. on December 6th.
