Volleyball Recap: Eagle Ridge Academy Wins Going Away Against James Irwin

Eagle Ridge Academy not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since October 16th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the James Irwin Jaguars 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

Mollie Schaefer paced Eagle Ridge Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Schaefer got some help from Emmy Suchey and her 19 assists. Schaefer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Eagle Ridge Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-14. As for James Irwin, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Eagle Ridge Academy has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Strasburg on the 1st. As for James Irwin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against St. Mary's Academy on the 1st.
