San Juan came into Tuesday's contest having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mesa Verde Mavericks on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

San Juan's win bumped their record up to 4-16. As for Mesa Verde, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. San Juan is set to face off against their familiar foe Woodland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mesa Verde will square off against rival Golden Sierra at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
