Volleyball Recap: Ponder Wins Going Away Against Commerce

Ponder extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Commerce. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Makaylee Ruiz was nothing short of spectacular: she had 18 digs and two aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.1 digs per game.

Ponder's win bumped their record up to 28-12. As for Commerce, their defeat dropped their record down to 27-15.

Ponder didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Tatum on the 6th. Commerce does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
