Volleyball Recap: Prairie Takes Down Flagler in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Prairie walked away with it. They blew past the Flagler Panthers 3-0 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

While Prairie won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-12, 25-23.

Leading Prairie to victory were Nicole Ludgate and Hannah Kugler. Ludgate had six digs and six aces, while Kugler had 13 digs and 11 kills. Ludgate is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last 28 games she's played dating back to last season.

Prairie's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Flagler, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.

As of now, neither Prairie nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
