Softball Recap: Gresham's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Gresham barely beat Nelson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Gophers never let Nelson get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Wednesday. Considering the Gophers have won 11 contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Gresham's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-15. As for Nelson, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-13 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gresham is set to face off against their familiar foe Sandy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Nelson will square off against rival Barlow at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
