Soccer Recap: Reagan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Parkland last Wednesday, Reagan came back down to earth. The Raiders fell just short of the West Forsyth Titans by a score of 2-1 on Monday. While losing is never fun, Reagan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 164th, while West Forsyth are ranked 11th).

Reagan's goal came courtesy of Ben Thomas, who's now up to nine this season.

Reagan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-3. As for West Forsyth, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2-2 record this season.

Reagan has already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against East Forsyth on the 8th. As for West Forsyth, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 9-0 win against Parkland on the 8th.
