Soccer Recap: Cedar Cliff Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Cedar Cliff after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Central Dauphin Rams by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Central Dauphin this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.

Cedar Cliff's goal came courtesy of Olivia Walley, who's now up to five this season.

Cedar Cliff's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Central Dauphin, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

Cedar Cliff didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 8-2 loss against Cumberland Valley on the 9th. As for Central Dauphin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Chambersburg on the 9th.
