Soccer Recap: South Dearborn Comes Up Short

South Dearborn and Madison squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but South Dearborn had to settle for second. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Cubs who were credited with the win. The Madison Cubs got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the South Dearborn Knights' two. South Dearborn haven't had much luck with Madison recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

South Dearborn's loss dropped their record down to 5-11-1. As for Madison, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-3-3.

As of now, neither South Dearborn nor the Cubs have any future games scheduled.
