Volleyball Recap: Concord Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Concord and Hillsdale Academy squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Concord had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Colts. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Colts this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-1 defeat back in October.

Annie Saenz paced Concord's offense, picking up 24 kills. Saenz got some help from Bradie Lehman and her 47 assists. Finally, Saenz was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Concord has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 27-11-3 record this season. As for Hillsdale Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-11-1.

As of now, neither Concord nor the Colts have any future games scheduled.
