Basketball Recap: Hostos Lincoln Academy Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Hostos Lincoln Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 65-42 to the South Bronx Phoenix on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hostos Lincoln Academy will challenge rival Bronx United at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, South Bronx is set to face off against their familiar foe Smith at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
