Osage City lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Wabaunsee, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's match. The Indians never let the Chargers get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won six contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Osage City's victory bumped their record up to 8-2-1. As for Wabaunsee, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Osage City beat the Chargers by a score of 14-5 later that day.
