Game recap: McAlester High School Football Team wins against Noble

NOBLE, Okla. - the Buffaloes scored 21 points in the first quarter to secure a big 37-0 victory over Noble (Okla.) on Saturday.

McAlester scored on a touchdown pass by Dalton Wood to Jarome Smith, a rushing touchdown and a defensive touchdown in the quarter.

The lead that MHS took on a Wood touchdown pass to Smith with 10:00 left in the first quarter stood up for the duration of the game, as neither team managed to score in the second half.

In a 5A District 3 game next week Noble (2-2) takes on Memorial, and McAlester (3-1) will go up against Shawnee also in a 5A District 3 game.
