Basketball Recap: Highland Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Highland Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 56-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Georgia Christian Generals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the EAGLES of the 81-50 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Highland Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Georgia Christian, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Highland Christian Academy and Georgia Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the EAGLES see the court they'll take on Community Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on December 4. As for Georgia Christian, their break will end when they face Valwood at 7:45 p.m. on December 2.
