Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Grand Prairie). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sam Houston Texans a 16-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Texans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

South Grand Prairie's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for Sam Houston, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Coincidentally, South Grand Prairie and Sam Houston will both be playing Arlington the next time they take the field. South Grand Prairie will head out to face Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Sam Houston will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th.
