After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Bucks South, Quakertown was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Central Bucks West Bucks 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Bucks: they've now won six in a row.

The victory got Quakertown back to even at 7-7. As for Central Bucks West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Quakertown will welcome Upper Dublin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Flying Cardinals' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
