Basketball Recap: Star International Academy Takes a Loss

Star International Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 75-8 loss at the hands of the Advanced Tech Academy Lakers. The Falcons lost against the Lakers in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 38-27 score last time.

Star International Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Advanced Tech Academy, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Taylor Prep the next time they take the court. Star International Academy will host Taylor Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Advanced Tech Academy will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
