Wando waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bishop England Battling Bishops. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Wando not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bishop England between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16.

Josie Burcin paced Wando's offense, picking up seven kills. Burcin got some help from McKenna St. Clair and her 27 assists. St. Clair also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lily Oscarsson, racking up two apiece.

Wando's record now sits at 10-5. As for Bishop England, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
