Volleyball Recap: Grace Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Grace Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Homer Mariners. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Mariners this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss two weeks ago.

Homer found their leader in sophomore Piper Fuchs, who had 14 digs. Fuchs has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last eight times she's played.

Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 17-25-2. As for Homer, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 29-16-3 record this season.

Grace Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Homer, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Seward on the 7th.
