Jackson Mathews, Reno's leading rusher, solidified his role on Friday. Mathews was dynamite, rushing for 112 yards and two TDs. He has become a key player for Reno: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.

Mathews and Reno will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hug at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. The Huskies are a perfect 5-0 against the Hawks going back to October of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
