Soccer Game Preview: South Davidson vs. South Stokes + How To Watch

The South Davidson Wildcats will head out to square off against the South Stokes Sauras at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

South Davidson's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy by a score of 2-0.

Jayden Bustos Benitez and Jude Matney scored both of South Davidson's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for South Stokes, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Mount Airy 2-1. The victory was all the more spectacular given South Stokes' disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 383rd, while Mount Airy are ranked 182nd).

South Stokes is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for South Davidson, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-9.
