Volleyball Recap: Ursuline Academy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ursuline Academy can now relate to. They came up short against the Catholic - N.I. Panthers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-16.

Ursuline Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Catholic - N.I., they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-16 record this season.

Ursuline Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Catholic - N.I., they will square off against Pope John Paul II at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
