Center Point-Urbana barely beat Grinnell the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Stormin' Pointers put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The Stormin' Pointers haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Center Point-Urbana's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Grinnell, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Center Point-Urbana is set to square off against their familiar foe Independence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grinnell will face off against rival Vinton-Shellsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
