Basketball Recap: North Raleigh Christian Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Raleigh Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 72-36 loss at the hands of the Trinity Academy Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 63-46 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Despite the loss, North Raleigh Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Jaden Brinkley, who shot 63% from the field on his way to 12 points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Davin McCoy, who posted seven points and five assists.

North Raleigh Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Trinity Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

North Raleigh Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Trinity Academy, they will square off against Heritage at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
