Blair won against Mercy on Thursday with 63 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Bears breezed past the Lincoln Northwest Falcons to the tune of 63-24. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-13.
Blair found their leader in sophomore Beau Wendt, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Wulf, who scored ten points.
Blair has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
Looking ahead, Blair will challenge Waverly at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln Northwest, they will take on Ashland-Greenwood at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
