Basketball Recap: Glenmora Comes Up Short

Glenmora suffered their closest loss since January 8, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Elizabeth Bulldogs by a score of 43-40. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Wildcats have suffered against the Bulldogs since February 14, 2019.

Glenmora has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-20 record this season. As for Elizabeth, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Glenmora wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-24 win against Avoyelles Charter on the 24th. Elizabeth has also already played their next contest, a 72-21 loss against Fairview on the 24th.
