Baldwyn waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Walnut Wildcats 36-12. The result was nothing new for the Bearcats, who have now won seven games by 21 points or more so far this season.

Baldwyn found their leader in sophomore Rush Watkins, who threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. Jourdan Crump helped Watkins out on the ground, rushing for 56 yards and a pair of scores.

Baldwyn's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Walnut, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Baldwyn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Walnut, they will head out to take on Water Valley at 7:00 p.m. on November 7.
