Softball Recap: Waupun Has No Trouble Against Neenah

Waupun was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Neenah on Saturday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Rockets. Considering the Warriors have won 11 matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Waupun has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for Neenah, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-7.

Looking ahead, Waupun is taking a road trip to face off against Pewaukee at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Neenah, they will welcome Appleton East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
