Softball Recap: Franklin Drops Season-High Score on Grant

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin). They blew past the Grant Generals 20-11 on Tuesday. The Quakers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

Franklin is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-13-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Grant, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-15.

As of now, neither Franklin nor the Generals have any future games scheduled.
