The Pioneer High School Varsity Softball team will be starring under the lights at 6 P.M. on Friday, May 20th at the Sacramento Softball Complex in the first round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division III Playoffs against the winner of an outbracket game between #2 seed Vanden and #3 Colfax. The #1 seeded Lady Patriots are led in the circle by ace pitcher Brittanie Akey and on offense by shortstop Lucy Fernandez, first baseman Karisa Cobey, and Akey.
