Soccer Recap: Berea Takes a Loss

If Berea was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Corbin on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates fell just short of the Lincoln County Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

Berea's loss dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for Lincoln County, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Berea will venture away from home to take on Madison Southern at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison Southern's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Lincoln County, they will square off against Danville at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
