Volleyball Recap: Drummond Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Drummond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Solon Springs Eagles. The Lumberjacks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Drummond was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-13, 25-20.

Drummond's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Solon Springs, their win bumped their record up to 8-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Drummond will challenge rival Washburn at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Solon Springs is set to square off against their familiar foe Hurley at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
