Volleyball Recap: Balboa Comes Up Short

Balboa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Immaculate Conception Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Balboa's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Immaculate Conception, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

Balboa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Immaculate Conception, they will challenge Galileo at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
