Softball Recap: Bishop's Knights vs. La Jolla Vikings

Bishop made up a huge gap compared to their last game against La Jolla, but still couldn't quite topple them. The Bishop's Knights blew past the La Jolla Vikings 21-1 on Thursday. The game was the first time the Knights have beaten the Vikings on their field since April 9, 2019.

Jessica Yao made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Yao was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
